Shvat reminds us of a simple truth, felt in this land:
Even after winter, life continues. Rain seeps into the soil. Roots quietly strengthen.
We gather as women of Am Yisrael, here in the Land of Israel, sisters, mothers, daughters, to slow down, breathe, and listen.
Through Torah, music, gentle movement, and grounded practice, we nourish the inner tree within us, as the land nourishes its own rooted, resilient, and growing.
Dear sisters, I am Chaya Lester,
Tu B’Shvat is the next great gateway, sisters.
We move from fire to earth,
from illumination to rooting,
from miracle to cultivation.
Join me and the incredible Maim Haim team
in a special women’s Tu B’Shvat retreat.
It’s our way of saying:
Let’s keep the inner work alive.
At the heart of the retreat, I will be leading a
Kabbalistic Tu B’Shvat Journey Seder,
an embodied passage through the Tree of Life
using fruit, wine, intention, and ancient wisdom.
