Levi combines Breathwork, Trauma-Informed Coaching, and tools from Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and his own lived experiences.

 Since 2023, he has been facilitating 1-on-1 and group breathwork journeys for men across Israel and abroad. He’s trained in Level 1, 2, and 3 NVC, completed a 6-month trauma-informed Compassionate Coaching certification, and received his certification as a breathwork facilitator.

But more than that — Levi has sat with men in their breakdowns. Held space for tears, rage, silence, shame. Walked the long road of softening the voice of self-hate. Learned how to slow down, listen closely, and create safe containers for transformation.

Music Healing - Orot HaNigun

Arie Guiloff has been immersed in music since the age of four, shaping a lifelong devotion to melody, emotion, and spiritual expression. A graduate of Berklee College of Music, Arie’s musical foundation is rooted in both classical discipline and creative exploration.

After moving to Israel, his artistic path opened into a new realm: composing healing piano pieces that flow from a place of deep, divine inspiration. These works blossomed into a transformative project called “Orot HaNingun” the Lights of the Melody a musical journey designed to guide listeners into connection with their inner soul.

Arie is also the founder of Maim Haim, an initiative devoted to nurturing spiritual growth, creativity, and inner healing through music and soulful practice.

Through gentle harmonies and heartfelt intention, Arie invites you to experience music not only as sound, but as a doorway to presence, healing, and spiritual awakening.

Master Classes

Rabbi Avraham Arieh Trugman has over 35 years of experience in Jewish education. He was a founding family of Moshav Meor Modiim (the Carlebach Moshav) and later served as Director of the Center of Jewish Education, running programs for thousands of participants from more than 25 countries.

He went on to serve as Regional Director of NCSY in Denver before returning to Israel in 1995. Today, he is the Director of Ohr Chadash: New Horizons in Jewish Experience.

Rabbi Trugman is the author of several books on Jewish spirituality, including Seeds and Sparks, The Mystical Power of Music, The Mystical Meaning of Dreams, The Mystical Nature of Light, Return Again, and The Orchard of Delights. He has also released two music albums and has lectured in nearly 40 cities worldwide.
