Event/Retreat Policies
All events or retreat programs is subject to change due to weather or logistical constraints.
In the event of force majeure circumstances (i.e war, national emergency, extreme weather), Maim Haim reserves the right to modify any retreat or event schedule, format, or content, or to postpone the retreat to the nearest possible future date, at its sole discretion. These adjustments are made with the intention of preserving the integrity and quality of the overall retreat experience. Please note that under such circumstances, refunds will not be issued. If you are unable to attend the retreat on the new postponed dates, you are welcome to transfer or sell your ticket to someone else. However, please note that tickets are not eligible for credit toward future retreats.
Any issues related to hotel rooms or accommodations must be reported immediately to the hotel front desk. No complaints or refund requests will be accepted after the event has ended
Any issues regarding event organization must be reported during the event via WhatsApp to the event manager at 053-474-1874. No refunds or complaints will be accepted after the event ends.
Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise protected by law, the following cancellation policy apply:
Up to 21 days before event: 25% of reservation
20–15 days before event: 50% of reservation
14–8 days before event: 75% of reservation
7 days or less before event / no-show: 100% of reservation
Israeli Consumer Protection Law (חוק הגנת הצרכן)
If the cancellation conditions do not meet the terms of the Consumer Protection Law, cancellation fees will apply as detailed above.
Communication of Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing with relevant documentation to: info@maimhaim.org
