She holds an Ivy League BA in Religious Studies, an MA in Clinical Psychology, she also did extensive doctoral work at Oxford University. As co-director of Jerusalem’s Shalev Center, she offers therapy, classes, and international healing retreats. Chaya has guided thousands in Israel, including VIPs like Alicia Keys and Demi Lovato, creating transformative experiences.

Breathwork Workshop: 4 levels of Breath
Accept, allow, release, forgive, hold... through the Ohr Chadash Breathwork System. With BREATH we're working directly with the part of the Tree of Life called Keter, which is connected to the respiratory system. Keter is the very first Energy Center/sefira that's the interface between the Ohr ein sof/the Infinite Divine Light and our particular body. If you want to know where your Consciousness is look at how you're breathing… and by changing your breathing you can change your consciousness.
Reva Emunah, a mystic, seeker, poet, a musician, writer, doula, childbirth educator, bodyworker, healer, Jewish meditation facilitator, movement teacher, and facilitator of Torah and psychology based healing workshops for women. Her passion is for intimacy and living authentically, vulnerably, and dynamically. She specializes in IFS (Internal Family Systems) combined with Somatic (body centered) therapy.

Sara Leah Eklove
Sound Healing
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants relax while being surrounded by calming sounds from instruments like gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and chimes. These gentle vibrations help calm the mind, reduce stress, and support emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. Participants usually lie down with eyes closed, allowing the sound to promote deep relaxation and inner balance.
Sarah Leah is a Teacher, Writer, Life Coach, Jewish meditation facilitator, and lifelong learner. She has studied Energy Healing, Jewish Numerology, Crystal Therapy, and continues to learn Kabbalah and Chassidut. Passionate about connecting healing modalities to Jewish roots, she discovered Sound Healing after attending a Sound Bath. This led her to explore the integration of vibrational instruments with Jewish tradition. Sarah Leah runs workshops from her home in Ra’anana and works part-time at Havat Marpeh, a healing space for trauma survivors from October 7th.

Aleph Bet Movement: Embody the ancient wisdom of Hebrew letters through mindful movement and dance. This workshop transforms traditional prayer into a full-body meditation, allowing participants to physically express the Divine energy contained within each sacred symbol and powerful meditations on the Hebrew letters.
Dalia has been teaching Jewish Wellness workshops for women for 45 years. With a Degree in dance from the Rubin Academy of Music, Jerusalem B.Mus.; certified Polarity holistic touch therapist, Yoga and Qigong instructor, pioneer teacher of movement for religious women according to Torah sources. Dalia brings a wealth of experience, deep Torah knowledge and genuine warmth to her teaching.
