No. All experience levels are welcome. Every activity is optional, and you are encouraged to participate at your own pace.

Kashrut under the supervision of HaRav Eliyahu Rotenberg of Jerusalem.Hotel Ein Gedi will undergo a complete kashering process, after which the kitchen will operate according to the highest standards of Kashrut.All food products will be certified Badatz Eidah HaChareidis, with dairy products also under the supervision of Tnuva’s Vaadat Mehadrin.

Bring comfortable clothing for workshops, a refillable water bottle, a yoga mat, swimsuit for the spa and pool, comfortable walking shoes, and anything you need for a relaxing retreat. You will receive a complete list of suggested items to bring after your registration is confirmed.

The retreat is designed as a complete three-day journey. Although late arrival or early departure is possible when necessary, the full retreat package remains unchanged. Every workshop and activity is optional, allowing you to listen to your body, honour your own rhythm, and participate in the ways that best support your experience.

We want mothers of young babies to be able to enjoy the retreat while knowing that their little ones are being lovingly cared for nearby. You’re welcome to bring your daughter or other female family members, ages 18 and up. If you’re a group of three, we recommend one of our triple-room options: Junior Suite or Deluxe Patio.
