Welcome to Maim Haim. By using our website, registering for a retreat, or participating in any Maim Haim program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. About Maim Haim
Maim Haim organizes Torah-based healing retreats, wellness experiences, educational programs, and community events throughout Israel.
Our mission is to create meaningful experiences rooted in Jewish wisdom, healing, community, and personal growth.
2. Registration
Registration is confirmed only after:

Completion of the registration form.

Full or partial payment, as specified during registration.

Receipt of a confirmation email from Maim Haim.
Submitting a registration request does not guarantee a place until confirmation has been issued.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers.
Prices are listed in Israeli Shekels (₪) unless otherwise stated.
Payment plans may be offered for selected retreats.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is published as a separate document on our website and is also available during the registration and checkout process for each retreat. By registering for a Maim Haim retreat, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
5. Changes to Programs
Programs, teachers, schedules, workshop locations, accommodations, and activities may change due to circumstances beyond our control.
Maim Haim reserves the right to make reasonable changes while maintaining the overall quality and purpose of the retreat.
6. Accommodation
Room assignments are based on availability.
Participants requesting shared accommodation may indicate roommate preferences.
Although we do our best to honor requests, room assignments cannot be guaranteed.
7. Health, Participation & Liability
Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically and emotionally able to participate in the retreat and its activities.
Some activities may include yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, movement, hiking, swimming, spa facilities, creative workshops, music, and other wellness practices. Participation in all retreat activities is entirely voluntary.
By registering for a Maim Haim retreat, you acknowledge and agree that:

I confirm that I am able to participate safely and at my own pace.

I accept full responsibility for informing Maim Haim, prior to the retreat, of any medical conditions, injuries, physical limitations, allergies, dietary restrictions, pregnancy, medications, disabilities, or other health concerns that may affect my participation or require special accommodations.

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with my healthcare provider if I have any concerns about participating in retreat activities.
Maim Haim will make reasonable efforts to accommodate participants' needs when informed in advance; however, we cannot guarantee that every request can be accommodated.
Business Liability Disclaimer
At Maim Haim, the health, safety, and wellbeing of our participants are of the utmost importance. We are committed to providing meaningful, professionally organized retreat experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
Participants take part in all retreat activities voluntarily and at their own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maim Haim, its founders, organizers, employees, facilitators, volunteers, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, damage to personal property, travel delays, or other direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the retreat or travel to and from the retreat location, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Maim Haim is not responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, weather conditions, government regulations, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, national emergencies, war, security incidents, or other force majeure events that may affect the retreat.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of the State of Israel.
8. Photography & Media
During retreats we may photograph or record portions of the experience for educational, promotional, and community purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please notify us before or during the retreat. We will make reasonable efforts to respect your request.
9. Respectful Community
Maim Haim is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.
Participants are expected to:

Treat others with kindness and respect.

Respect personal boundaries.

Honor the spiritual atmosphere of the retreat.

Follow the instructions of facilitators and staff.
Maim Haim reserves the right to ask a participant to leave if their behavior significantly disrupts the experience or compromises the safety and wellbeing of others.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, photographs, logos, graphics, videos, retreat materials, and branding—is the property of Maim Haim unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
11. Website Use
You agree not to:
