In Iyar, surrounded by the stillness of Yam HaMelach, we remember:

“Ani Hashem Rofecha”

The source of healing flows within and around us:

In Iyar, as the land blooms and the sun warms the earth, life grows quietly strong.

We gather as women of Am Yisrael—sisters, mothers, daughters—to slow down, breathe, and listen.

Through jewish wisdom, song, movement, and mindful holistic jewish healing classes and workshops, we nourish our inner roots, finding strength, healing, and resilience.
