Important: Each guest must complete her own registration. To guarantee that your group is placed together, all three guests must register using the same list of names of the other two roommates within 72 hrs to reserve your spot.

To formally cancel or transfer your registration, a written notice must be sent via email to: info@maimhaim.org

Cancellation Fees:
25% Fee – For cancellations made up to 21 days before the retreat start date.
50% Fee – For cancellations made 15–20 days before the retreat.
75% Fee – For cancellations made 8–14 days before the retreat.
100% Fee – For cancellations made within 7 days of the retreat or in case of a no-show.

Registration Transfer: You may transfer your registration to another person with at least 48 hours prior to the retreat. A ₪250 transfer fee will apply. The replacement participant must pay directly to the previous participant and must meet all health and eligibility requirements.
