Refunds & Cancellations

We want your experience with Maim Haim to feel supportive from the very first step. Life can be unpredictable, so we've created a clear and fair cancellation policy that protects both you and our retreat community.

Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to info@maimhaim.org. The date we receive your email will be considered your official cancellation date. Refunds are calculated based on the total retreat price.

Refund Schedule

• Full refund, minus a 250 NIS administrative fee — for cancellations received on or before September 30, 2026

• 80% refund — for cancellations received between October 1 and October 14, 2026

• 50% refund — for cancellations received between October 15 and October 25, 2026

• No refund — for cancellations received from October 26, 2026 onward, or in the event of a no-show

Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected emergencies can arise. If something significant happens, please reach out to us. We will review your situation individually with fairness, care, and compassion.

Transferring Your Registration

Up to 14 days before the retreat begins, you may transfer your registration to another eligible participant (subject to Maim Haim's approval) for a 250 NIS administrative fee.

If We Need to Cancel or Modify the Retreat

If circumstances beyond our reasonable control—including war, security events, government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events—prevent the retreat from taking place as planned, we will contact you promptly with the available options. Depending on the circumstances and any non-recoverable costs already incurred, these options may include:

• Rescheduling the retreat

• A credit toward a future Maim Haim retreat

• A partial or full refund

Any such decisions will be made at Maim Haim's sole discretion, with the intention of treating all participants fairly. Please note that Maim Haim is not responsible for airfare, travel expenses, accommodation outside the retreat, or any other personal costs related to attending the retreat.
