Refunds & Cancellations
We want your experience with Maim Haim to feel supportive from the very first step. Life can be unpredictable, so we've created a clear and fair cancellation policy that protects both you and our retreat community.
Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to info@maimhaim.org. The date we receive your email will be considered your official cancellation date. Refunds are calculated based on the total retreat price.
Refund Schedule
Full refund, minus a 250 NIS administrative fee — for cancellations received on or before September 30, 2026
80% refund — for cancellations received between October 1 and October 14, 2026
50% refund — for cancellations received between October 15 and October 25, 2026
No refund — for cancellations received from October 26, 2026 onward, or in the event of a no-show
Transferring Your Registration
Up to 14 days before the retreat begins, you may transfer your registration to another eligible participant (subject to Maim Haim's approval) for a 360 NIS administrative charge.
If We Need to Postpone the Retreat Due to an Emergency
If war, security events, government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control prevent the retreat from taking place, we will notify you promptly.
You may choose either:
Full credit for the amount you paid toward the rescheduled retreat or the next Maim Haim retreat.
A refund of 70% of the amount you paid, with 30% retained to cover non-recoverable preparation costs.
Refunds will be issued within 45 days of the retreat’s originally scheduled start date.
