To formally cancel or transfer your registration, a written notice must be sent via email to: info@maimhaim.org

Cancellation Fees:
25% Fee – For cancellations made up to 21 days before the retreat start date.
50% Fee – For cancellations made 15–20 days before the retreat.
75% Fee – For cancellations made 8–14 days before the retreat.
100% Fee – For cancellations made within 7 days of the retreat or in case of a no-show.

Registration Transfer: You may transfer your registration to another person with at least 48 hours prior to the retreat. A ₪250 transfer fee will apply. The replacement participant must pay directly to the previous participant and must meet all health and eligibility requirements.
